Just an informational question... If a hobbyist or provider wants to delete their account/reviews how long does this generally take?  Thanks!

But that being said. I will answer it to the best of my knowledge..

Only TER can remove the reviews, and there has to be a pretty damn good reason for them to do so.  One of the reasons is that the review is fake and the provider can prove that the appointment never happened.  Another reason is that the review got published accidentally and there was personal or incriminating information in the review.

That is just for individual reviews...

The provider can delist herself is she is retiring or for any other reason that she doesn't want the information out there.. But this will remove all her reviews not just one.
