I'm not a newbie but this is probably a question that belongs here.  I have never made a date with a PSE provider, but had assumed based on various definitions here at TER that it refers mainly to the attitude of the provider (lots of vocalization, dirty talk, gymnastics,slutty outfits, etc., ie the way they act in the movies).  However, I have just seen a definition posted on another site that says PSE means all that PLUS BBFS.  

Here at TER, there is widely shared agreement that BBFS is stupid and should be off limits, and there is a lot of peer pressure to uphold that cultural assumption.  Yet there are tons of providers advertising PSE.  So what are they advertising?  Is the definition on the other site wrong?  Or are guys who talk about PSE in reviews just using a shorthadn for saying they broke the taboo?
