Defining Session begin/end times

In my limited experience, I have tried to be respectful of the provider's time: arrive on time, and be mindful of when the conclusion is approaching, so the door hits me on my way out a few minutes before time is up (unless she invites me to hang out longer, which is alway nice and for which I tip). I usually shower right before the session, to be clean and nice-smelling when I arrive.

I have a date coming up with a provider whose reviews suggest she always asks clients to shower on their arrival.  I don't have a problem doing that to honor her request.  If I am showering on my own, i.e. not with the provider, is that still on the clock?  This is more of an etiquette question, as opposed to trying to squeeze every minute out of a session.  Just want to know when it is my cue to leave on time.

Of course if she joins me in the shower, completely understand that is part of our time together!

What's the forum's opinion?

...doesn't really matter, as it's *her* time. If you're that concerned about the issue, then ask her as soon as the both of you have satisfied each other about the transaction. If she's a clock-watcher, she'll let you know when it's time to leave. If she's not a clock-watcher, then you should be -- don't abuse her time and make sure you're ready to leave when your time is up. If she wants you to stick around, she'll let you know.

Relax, have fun and go with the flow -- it will be a lot more pleasurable for the both of you.

If she asks, you can certainly tell her you just showered, and then offer to shower again, if she wishes. Let it be her call. Afterall, it's her lips & tongue. Or you can just shower upon arrival and not worry about it.

As for the time issue, this is not a head to toe shower. This is a 5 minute make sure all the naughty bits are clean shower.... Generally, it's part of your hour. Some ladies don't start the clock until your out of the shower, and I knew an agency that had a 70 minute hour for that purpose. A good provider whill not shoo you out the door on the hour sharp.

If you enjoyed her time and think you would repeat, you can certainly say so, and ask her afterward as you're getting ready to go. Just say that your a nervous newbie and want to know how that works, for her.

Or let it go and not worry about it...

It is the provider's opinion that matters. Her time, her rules.  I would always assume that your time starts when you walk in the door. You may be able to get a feel for how much of a clock-watcher she is by reading her reviews. I almost always shower when I arrive to an in call.  It's two or three minutes out of my time but it always pays dividends during the session.

8:15, the date (may have) started 15 minutes before you arrived; depending on how tightly the provider schedules her dance card.  Agencies sometimes schedule back-to-back dates; not as common with independent ladies.

why is it that you're going to an incall and more than likely you have not seen another pro before coming over, and she asks you to shower, yet she is seeing 10 per day and you are giving her money.  Why doesnt the hobbiest ask her to shower????

In most cases, the clock does not start until there is a clear understanding that neither of you are LE which should be verified within the 1st 2-3 minutes.  Once confirmed; ask when does the session begin. There should be an alarm clock in the room. This whole process should not exceed 5 minutes.  That leaves at least 55 min minus 5 mintues for getting dress and out if provider works for an agency. The agency will call the provider at about 10 min to the hour to tell her to rap it up even if she does not have another appointmnet. A second call will be in about 5 minutes to verify that the guy is on his way out or has left.  Indys  usually are not clock-watchers and are quite aware that the hobbists will take this into consideration in deciding whether they will return. A good Indy has the ability to extend the session if she decides to. The vast majority of Indys I have been with are more concern about creating a certain type of atmosphere which most likely will entice the hobbist to return - allowing them to stay over a few minutes is usually no big deal and most likely will work out to be in there best interest.
