Somebody preferably a provider define for me the term upscale as used in the TER context. While I am far from a newbie I figured this is the better place for this post, thought I intend to also post on my regional board as well.

The way I read some ads whether they be website, CL, cityvibe or whatever, it seems like some providers are using the term "upscale" to look only for clientele like lawyers, doctors, for examples.
Neither of which I am personally but I am not white trash either...I have also been with providers who advertise as such that are definitely not upscale in appearance, location or anything else. Not saying that is a bad thing but..
