Debit Cards that work

The prepaid debit card that I was using to renew VIP does not work anymore (declined).  Could anyone state which bank's debit cards still work?

FYI....I just tried the Simon Mall Prepaid Giftcard from American Express and I got this exact message on CCBILL's site. "American Express cards are not accepted by this client. Please try a different card type".
