Dana Hayes??
I wrote to ask the folks at TER why a provider, Dana Hayes, has been delisted from the TER profiles. I received a response saying that providers are delisted for many reasons...check the Newbie Discussion Board. But that really doesn't answer my question.

First of all, you are incorrect - she has not been delisted. When a provider has been delisted, her profile cannot be viewed, and states "That provider information is no longer available." That is not the case here.
Secondly, why a specific provider has been delisted is really none of your business, unless it was for fraud. Many ladies request delisting for a variety of personal reasons, ranging from legal issues to child custody problems, and including retirement. The specific reasons are not disclosed to the general public or TER members.
First of all, she called me and said that she had been taken off of the TER site. Her profile could not be accessed. Sure enough, a search for Dana Hayes came up zero, zip, no such person.
She asked me to contact TER and I was told there were a variety of reasons a provider can be delisted.
Dana does not have a TER membership and she asked me to contact the powers that be - someone who knows the answer, not you apparently. She made it my business.
Check you facts first before you start telling me I am incorrect. I told her - in the absence of any concrete information from TER - that it might be a glitch. In any event, I suggested she contact TER.
When she and I last spoke she was waiting to hear from TER. If you are in charge, I assume she will be waiting quite a long time.
I did check the facts previously, and you are still incorrect.
You can access her profile by either one of two ways. You can use the Search Reviews function, putting 'Dana Hayes' in the providers name box (specifying no city and excluding bad websites), which brings up the results below with a live link to her profile.
You can also click on the reviews by your own username in your post [Lancer2000 has 12 reviews] which will list your reviews, click on 'Dana Hayes' to bring up your review of her, and then click on 'see provider's profile', which will open her TER profile.

As I stated before, she has not been delisted, her TER profile is active, and regardless of what she asked you to do, TER staff will not release information on delisted providers to third parties.
You should check ~your~ facts before spouting off with an attitude, and perhaps learn how to use the search function while you are at it. Apology accepted.
The only one who is really bothered by this is a very nice woman who is trying to make a living. She (and I) don't understand why it is so difficult now to access her profile and reviews. If someone sees her ad and wants to see if she has any reviews, it used to be easy...just type in her name in the Provider Name box.
I followed your directions:

But came up with "0 No Records."
Even doing a search for Los Angeles Providers in the age bracket of 41-45 and over 45 generates the same thing: "0 No Results."
Now, if it makes you feel like a big man to get pissy, so be it. She's the only one who's getting hurt. I have told her to contact someone who can help her at TER. Obviously, that isn't you. Nor is it me.
geez, buddy, the mod has tried to help you three times, and all you have is insults adn attitude? i have no problem finding her reviews. ever consider the problem might be you?

When you search for reviews, the default setting skips all providers without web sites/web ads. To change this, set "Exclude Bad Websites" to "No" when searching and you'll find her profile.
To fix it, someone has to open her profile, and hit the "report a problem" button to report her new web site/web ad.
Followed your instructions. "No City, Exclude bad web sites, etc.", and here is what comes up:
"0 No Records"
And, since she is a Los Angeles provider, I even tried listing the city. Still get "0 No Records."
Ergo, no apology. Suggest you check your search engine. Even doing a search for LA providers with Age Qualifiers brings up "0 No Records."
Dana's TER profile currently does not contain a web site link.
In your search, set the "exclude bad websites" field to NO (i.e., do not exclude profiles that contain a bad or no web site link).
Apparently it takes a LOT more patience than I have. Keep up the good work...
atl_mgr isn't the only one who can find your lady's reviews. I too was successful in finding your Dana Hayes.
The search engine defaults to "exclude bad websites" - yes. Your lady's profile asks to "Report a new website". So it is excluded at the default setting. She will be much easier to find if she, or one of her fans, submits a problem report.
I found her as well Lancer and I am a dumbass pud from Cleveland. I do have a question, In the immortal words of Pedro Sanchez, "Is She Hot"??
Well Lance, I am fairly new on this board but I must say I looked out of curiousity and had no problem at all. But I would like to comment, again I don't know much, but I would be very surprised and disappointed if TER actually discussed details like that with anyone other than Dana. From what I did see, suggest to Dana to get a website or pay her EROS bill.
