Ok guys, since this is the "newbie" board and we often cover "what not to do," I'm going to bring up a subject that will bring a few laughs.

You would be surprised how many gentlemen feel the need to send a photo of their erection (in hand and sometimes shooting) to the provider along with their initial contact.  (I am sure there will be a chuckle or two here from guys who find this amusing, but I am sure that if you ask some of the providers you know you will find that this does happen frequently.)

It may surprise you gents, who feel that this is an appropriate initial response, to know:

1.  We've seen them before.  We know what one looks like.

2.  Are you trying to sell us on the fact that yours is different than others we have seen?  That because we have seen a pic, we will drop everything (including prescreening), lower our donation, and beg you to visit us.  If so, think again!  Unless you can jump rope with it, or use it to rope cattle, or tie it into the shape of a poodle (like they do with balloons) we've seen one like it before.

3.  Your photo and your initial e-mail will probably either be immediately deleted or (if the provider is in a particularly feisty mood) may get a smart a*s response e-mail.

As providers we are interested in a courteous initial e-mail.  If you wish to send a photo of yourself, fully clothed, with your introduction, you are welcome to do so.  We also appreciate e-mails from gents who are comfortable telling us a little about themselves, but this is not a requirement.  E-mails with photos of your "genitalia" are sent in "bad taste" and are generally deleted much the same as e-mails with explicit content.

So, if you are a newbie, and if you thought of sending a photo such as the one described... you may wish to think again!

For the gents who know better and send courteous initial e-mails... we thank you!!!

They become more and more cynical with less and less of a sense of humor. Can't say that I blame them one damn bit. I couldn't do it. How many of you guys could?

Honestly I often do laugh at these e-mails, most providers do, but we also realize that these gents are not about to get an appointment as we delete their e-mails....  This is a newbie board, and its purpose is to help new hobbiests learn, not only, what "to do," but also "what not to do."

The same goes for T-girls to, if anyone reading this plays on both sides of the fence.

We know what one of those things looks like and what it does.  And trust me, if your's is 14 inches long it may not be an asset...

Not sure what you mean in this post!  I expect that you think you are being funny, but it reads like a pot shot against older providers.  I enjoyed meeting the original author of this topic last week, and believe me, she will never be known for cynicism or a lack of humor!

I, too, have visited the Sinful Sinthia and an a member of her fan club, too. I shall be polite, Truth Teller, and say you don't know what you're talking about. Were I not in such a good mood (brought about by recollections of Sinthia) I'd say you were full of s**t.

Enjoyed the post, and yes I am surprised that ANY guy would feel the need to send a photo of that (by the way, it probably isn't really their's or a recent photo any way).

They are probably hoping for #2.  

I would guess these are probably younger gents that haven't yet figured out how the world works. They figure "since I would really like to receive photos of their "genitalia" I bet they would like to receive photos of mine.

They haven't yet figured out why there are so many "Gentlemens clubs" and so few "Chip & Dales". It's all in our programming.

As a hobbyist going on four years...I have heard of this assinine pracice all too often.  As we say in Jersey, cut me a break!  No need to send a pic of privates...a respectful, honest note to a prospective provider giving up the info they request on their websites, or request on their webforms if applicable, or just using commom sense and being nice to make the lady feel comfortable has always worked for me in getting to the promised land...

As for the approach you are critizing, as a newbie, sounds like you get it.  May you enjoy your endeavors in the hobby world...if you don't get cold feet, much fun awaits you.  Good luck!

I get pics of cocks, guys who look like bad tv cops (can't help it... I pass on those every time) and etc... My fave are the pics that some guys will send from their honeymoons in Hawaii with their wife still in it. lol. Gotta' love it.
