You should place an ad on the LA or OC regional ad board. You can mention in the ad that you are looking for reviews. You need a website, or an ad on an escort mall (eros, cityvibe, etc). Your TER ad has to have a link to one of those. If you don't already have a website, you should build a simple one using one of the template sites. There are several easy to use, "create your own" websites that are just for escorts, and some other universal ones such as wix, that are used by escorts. Someday, down the road when you get more established, you can build a custom website.
As BigPapa said, there is a provider with a very similar name, working in the same area, so that could cause some issues. You might consider changing your name, if you are not established yet.
guys can write mini-reviews on that board while you are there, following up with a full review afterwards. The mini will get posted while you are still there, while the full one might not.
To get reviews in general, you have to see members, and may have to ask them if they would write one for you. In all likelihood, all your clients will not be site members, but it's free to join, and they will get free VIP days when they review you.
