I don't know about Forwarding directly from your TER mail, but maybe you can cut and paste into the "Contact Us" form.  The link is at the bottom of almost every page.  

Replies and further contacts then appear in your "My Feedback" list.

replied to "TERSupport," but I was going to suggest the same as Imposter. Use the "contact us" form, and paste the PM into it, then check "my feedback" for a response.

You may be able to just use the contact link and tell them which one(s) to read.

I could be wrong, but I know when I was the admin of a regional board (NOT on TER), I could read PMs.  (And wow - what an education that was!  But that's another story for another time.  lol).
