You should have just put 555-555-5555. Why would you even enter a phone number if she doesnt have one in her ad? Most ladies that dont have phone numbers listed in their ads dont want their phone number listed on a review profile either.
I assume this is a first review for a lady also, because if it is for a lady who already has a profile, whatever you put in your profile wouldnt get changed anyway, and they would just post your review.

I complete a legit review and don't get credit because the number which is legit does not match her P411 ad, the interesting thing is the ad doesn't have a number in the ad. So ter tells me she needs to ad that number to her ad. Lol

The lady being reviewed does need a form of contact on her ad. Phone number is not required but there has to be a way to reach her (email address etc.) and it has to be on the ad. they wont just take your word.
From the TER reveiw guidelines:
3.The lady being reviewed must have an advertisement on the web that includes her name and any one type of the following contact information: phone number, pager, email address or reservation form.
