I seriously doubt it was the "cue" vs "que" of course, as I said earlier, sometimes changing a single word or even a single character is enough to get it through.
What, exactly, about this is special characters or all caps:
Que Fancy in 3,2,1...
That's copied directly from a post I tried to make, but was "not allowed" because "your subject line should not contain special characters and/or all caps."
WTF am I missing here? Are numbers special characters now? When did that happen?
...tab in your disallowed post and ask TER what was wrong with your post; what are the "special characters" that caused the post not to be allowed. Chances are, your post will be reviewed by someone else and you'll get a message that "your post is now active."
Oh, yeah. I totally get that. In general, writing in all caps is thought of as shouting, I completely understand. I just couldn't find in my subject line where I had used all caps, lol.
I'll keep that in mind. I probably should've been more clear though. What I had in my op was exactly what I put in the subject line of a post with no message body. That was it. Not sure what I should have changed in that simple message. Kinda funny, right as I hit submit, I realized I forgot the eom, so I was waiting on the moderation to clear so I could modify it. Was taking forever and I finally checked on it from the account manager and saw it was denied. Ha.

Did you copy/paste from Microsoft Word or some other word processor? Word, when you type in three periods to create an ellipse will automatically replace it with a single ellipse special character. (Three characters become one.). Most non-word processors, including discussion boards, can't handle the special characters, especially in subject lines.
No. No word processor used. Typed it straight into TER. We all see them used here every day, especially in subject lines. *shrugs* I dunno.
Partly because of my short attention span, also because the whole thread I was replying to was either moved to some ad board or deleted, I'm over it. I don't think I care anymore.
Thanks for your thoughts though! That's a good tip to keep in mind in the future.
