The best thing for you to do is to set a low cost or free website, get the TER review site seal, include a link to your reviews in the other site or simply stated that you have reviews there, introduce yourself to the relevant regional board and participate in chat room and discussions.

There are a number of members who have accounts in other review sites.  Pretty soon, you will have your own set reviews here.  Not sure they would be similar to the other review site though as reviewers here are a bit more critical.  Then again, that is why more hobbyists trust the reviews of TER.
