How create Provider Profile ?

If you are a provider, your first review will set your profile.

Providers don't create their own profile on TER. The first reviewer does. However, a provider can change and update her profile after it's created, by submitting problem reports.

Creating a profile..

So, if I submit a review for a provider who doesn't have a TER #, the system will automatically create one...  I would like to create 2 Profiles for 2 completely different providers... I think they both deserve it.

Correct. If the lady doesn't have a profile TER will create it...

...based on the info you fill in and will assign her an ID#.

Happens all the time. Believe it or not you don't always have lo the answers.

From what I have observed, TER doesn't allow newbie reviewers to post reviews for newbie providers.  I could be wrong, though.
