Some things require initiative on the part of the paying customer-newbie or not.  Things like a massage girl getting naked or a second pop from an escort come under the heading of "ask and ye shall, most likely, receive".

To be honest, multiple rates are always a red flag for me. I know a lot of FBSM girls have a rate for nude vs. a rate for clothed massage but, to me at least, they are pretty much telling you that they don't want to get naked when they post an ad that way.

When you booked the appt, did she require provider references, P411, or other means of verification? If not, then she could have been "feeling you out" first to ensure you were not LE. Some ladies use intuition as their form of screening, & if you don't make a move, they will just continue with the body rub/massage until YOU make the 1st "move". Don't know if this is the case here, but just an opinion of what could have been the reason.

Yes, it can be difficult to be a newbie.  But what you need is to get over your reluctance to ask, rather than expecting the provider to do what you want without being asked.   Providers can offer a wide variety of possibilities and it is simply a bad idea to think that anyone ought to do what you want them to do without any effort, or even any action, on your part.   You have to take responsibility for your own desires, and communicate them, not expect that fulfillment will just happen to you.   She does her job if she performs as advertised when requested; reading your mind is not part of the process.  In your case, sure, maybe the provider could have taken her shirt off without waiting for you to ask.  She might have reasonably guessed that you'd want that, but it's not incumbent on her to guess what you want and when.  As a newbie, you won't necessarily be aware of this yet, but guys really do have extremely different needs and desires, and what's just perfect for one is absolutely wrong for the next.  The next newbie, for instance, might be intimidated because the girl stripped out of her shirt without being asked, and wished that she had kept her breasts covered until he felt comfortable asking her to reveal them.

I personally have offered a variety of services, some of which might even frighten or upset clients who don't prefer that particular form of excitement.  Believe me, you don't want providers just starting in on guys with everything on the menu with no input from the guy!   And there's no way for us to tell what you want unless you let us know.  With all the good will in the world, all the wish to give you exactly the experience you want, we can't do it without you letting us know what you wish for.   The best providers can do is make it as comfortable as possible for you to communicate your desires, and perhaps suggest some on the basis of their experience.
