I can see why you'd want an outcall if you're out of town and staying in a hotel already. But if you're local, wouldn't an incall be preferred? At least, it seems that it would save you the cost and trouble of a hotel room.
I suppose it depends on the situation, but what has been your experience? Are incalls better if you can get them?
There are as many pros to cons from both factions. Most often the decision will be made for you by the provider and her particular situation.

Agency incalls are as safe as other incalls as long as it is a reputable agency. Do your homework and dont let smelly people tell you or try to scare you out of using a well run agency. I know some independants that share an apartment... HA talk about frontier land. Scarey that place is and NOBODY cleans it. A good agency you can eat off the floor.
Incall is great as long as you go with an independent (so that she is the only one using that incall location). Also read reviews and see that others verify that her incall is safe and discreet.
I agree that if the gentleman is from out of town and has a hotel room already, outcall is just fine too.
move around regularly, like daily. I would not be caught dead in an AMP or similar incall.
Every Bust I know of happens in motel/hotel as LE loves getting Indi's alot more than Bordello gals. They feel they are protecting them from themselves. All the rapes and robberies of girls are ALL girls working alone. Not when they are in the company of others.

all you need is one neighbor to call the authorities to shut down an incall location. It maybe possible that the girl has a secret sex cam going on, with you as an unsuspecting participant. I heard of a story of a husband hiding in the closet videotaping the johns because he got excited watching his wife go at it with strangers. With Outcall you don't have to worry about things like this. ALthough I tend to like asian women, and many of them only have incalls, so I take my chances sometimes. Sometimes women greatly prefer incall and will charge up to 50% more for outcall, not including the price of the room which can be >$100 in a city like Washington, or >$200 in New York.
Again, if you choose an independent (only one provider using incall location) who has lots of excellent reviews and who appears to conduct herself in a professional manner, you needn't worry about neighbors notifying authorities because she won't have an inordinate amount of traffic coming and going, really, is zero to two vehicles in a 24 hour period a cause for concern to any neighbor?
The odds that a reputable, professional provider is using a surreptitious sex cam operated by herself or a secret voyeur are highly unlikely.
Anything is possible but an intelligent reasonable person who does his research will be fine making decisions.
Don't frighten the newbies, they see enough shadows on their own.

I understand your point though, but dislike being included in a negative blanket statement that's untrue.

It is my opinion that nobody was attempting to do anything in this thread that anybody else thought they were doing.
'I dont believe shite' wasn't trying to say that all providers lie, didn't say that 'Misty_Bay' lied, and certainly didn't say that 'Misty_Bay' was a large person.
I believe that 'Misty_Bay' was rightfully offended by the all-encompassing remarks by 'I dont believe shite', and the offending post was modified at the request of 'Misty_Bay'.
I do believe that 'keystonekid' misread the intent of a few posts and responded with an attacking defense of 'Misty_Bay' that was totally unnecessary.
The rest that followed was a bunch of back-and-forth hullabaloo about nothing, and has been removed from this thread as being off-topic.
And lastly, a little bit of advice: If you want your position or argument to be judged by its merits, then present it in such a way that people will not focus on the delivery style (and forget what was actually said).

My 2 cents worth is that if you have the cash, outcall is better. Mainly, there isn't another guy waiting in the lobby. The room is yours, and you can go cheap or big, but it is still a place that is cleaned by people whose job it is to clean up. Finally, you don't have to worry about walking around in your new, I just got laid, hairdo.
The downside is that it does cost more.
and quality is where its at.
1. Security
I never allow a provider to visit my home or office. So if I'm playing locally, the best choice for me is incall. The only time I get a hotel room locally is when a particular lady only offers outcall service.
2. Comfort
The ladies are often much more relaxed and comfortable in their own environment (whether it be their home, dedicated incall location, or their own hotel room). This familiarity with their surroundings usually results in a better session. Even when traveling, I frequent incalls more often than have a lady visit my hotel room.
I'll also note that I only visit with established independents, agencies, and bordellos that have solid reviews and excellent reputations.
Do your homework, and you'll be fine with either choice.
