...have the thirty days and what I said about more days beyond that 30 days still holds. You will need to keep submitting reviews to keep the VIP going.

I was wondering if anyone knew how long it took to become a vip by submitting reviews.  I have submitted two already that have been approved and thought the process would be some what instant after being approved but have been disappointed to find I was wrong.  I'm planning to see a provider tomorrow and really wanted to read the juicy details of her reviews.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can find out your VIP status by going to your Account Manager.  Near the bottom of the proflie page it will tell you how many VIP days you have.

PM admin and ask them, that's the only other thing you can do, as far as I know.

Ok.  I just did that, thank you for your help.

I accidentally sent my last forum message twice because my browser lagged.  Hope it doesn't show up twice.  Sorry if it does!

I guess your only option is to use the "Contact Us" button.  I have had very prompt service with the free VIP days I earn.

it shows you have two reviews next to your handle on this post. I checked your reviews and they are dated Oct. 2011. Since it is now Dec. is it possible the 30 days you received for those two reviews has run out? The 30 days would have started from the day your second review was approved and posted. If that is the case then you will receive 15 days of VIP once you submit another review and it is approved and posted. When you get VIP days by writing reviews it is done in 15 day increments (15 days for each review submitted, approved, and posted.) after the first 30 days. You won't have VIP continuously unless you submit a review and it is approved and posted every 12 to 14 days.

If you submitted your 2 reviews within 30 days of today then I suggest as others have that you contact admin.

Personally, I think that's what happened.  Since the reviews are both dated in October, his 30 VIP days would have run out sometime in November.  Even if the second one had been posted on Oct. 31, at best he would have had VIP only until November 30.  Being as it's now the middle of December, and he has no VIP days in his account, it looks like he just missed the boat on that one.

I responded earlier but it doesn't appear to be posted yet or I didn't respond?  I'm not 100% sure but for what it's worth, I just submitted this review on Friday so I should have the 30 days.

As an update, TER customer service emailed me back and said that I should have the 30 days within 24 hours.  I guess you just have to wait and it isn't instant as soon as the 2 reviews get approved.

Thanks guys.

I saw the providers in October but submitted the reviews... on.. Friday I think.  So I should still have the 30 days correct?
