In this post you say you have been contacting them "all day." If today is the first day you contacted them, don't expect instant results. While TER sometimes (rarely) answers in minutes, it is usually hours and occasuonally days before they get back to you. Don't assume they are ignoring you. For one thing, TER staff is in Europe, so there is a big time difference. (it may be the middle of the night there when you contact them). For another thing, it depends how busy they are, how many problem reports, emails, "contact us" feedbacks, "report a posts" and reviews they have at any given time, and how much staff they have on duty.
I know it's tough to be patient when you think you are being ignored, but you need to be patient. If you sent in a problem report, then check under "MyTER," "my problem reports" to see if they got back to you. If you sent in a "contact us," report, then check under "MyTER," "My feedback." If you used email, then check your email. If you heard nothing after about 8 hours, try contacting them again.
By the way, I disagree with the folks who said to send in a problem report. Problem reports are meant to resolve minor issues on profiles. Yours is a major issue that requires feedback. Either use the "contact us" button, or email them at [email protected].
As someone mentioned earlier, if you use email make sure you email them from the email account listed on your profile.
