to admin, they may delete the fake review.  You just have to convince them it's fake, but there's no guarantee they will do it.

Providers who just want to get rid of a bad review claim the client never saw them. So TER makes the bar pretty high for getting rid of a bad review. I mean, if they made it easy, what would be the point in Hobbyist reading TER as every review would be a 10 with all the bad reviews deleted.
