Continue your sessions and get others to review you and prove the other to be a liar! Happens quite often! I would not worry about one review! Most folks are wise enought o read all the review to weed out the bitter angry gents out there that might be looking to defame someone for no reason.
However the converse is true too... if you have a string of similar reviews it might be off puting and lead to discredit you so be mindful.

Do not be terribly down heartened. I will say that I am willing to discount a single bad review per page typically. Very often, I can sense why the review is low. I do read the full reviews thoroughly for any prospective partner. I agree with the previous poster who said, the best way to overcome a low review is to give superior service... more good reviews will follow & push a low review down. Remember, all reviews are subjective... subject to each individual's expectations... some reviewers are harder scorers than others. I only look at the numbers in passing... I look at the words describing every "level".
