You would still need to know his handle in which case you could type his handle in the To field of the PM and send it.

The function below is the best there is for those with reviews linked to their handle along with provider search for those with profiles linked to their handle.

Those handles with no profiles or reviews linked to their handle are in no man's land and unaccounted for.

they won't get your message. It does not say, "This  person is not VIP", so half the time you think they are not there.
