but there is no real way to protect yourself if the place gets raided. My only advice is if you are ever in an AMP that is raided, use your constitutional right to STFU. You may not avoid arrest, but usually the only evidence a DA has against the patrons of an AMP are there own illadvised admissions of guilt.

If this makes you feel any better I have been to dozens of AMPs, hundreds of separate visits over some thirty odd years and I have never been present when an AMP was raided. I have been at an incall location that was not an AMP that was raided, but never at a AMP.

To answer your second question. It is perfectly fine to tip after the session, but if you are referring to tipping for "extra" services that is almost always done in advance. Usually after the "massage" portion of the session and in advance of the "erotic" part.

In my area the tendency is to kick the guys out and arrest the girls when ther is a raid. I can't say that things are the same in other parts of the country.  

As far as tipping, there are two separate components to the financial arrangements at an amp.
First you pay upon arrival for your appointment. At some point during the non-sexual part of the festivities you need to put out the tip that will get you the good stuff.  If you wait until after the session there will be no good stuff.  Of course you can tip additionally after the session as well
