Consequences of leavingconfused_smile

I have found a number of reviews where a customer is not satisfied at all with his buy and yet stays to do the motions. I understand that getting your rocks off is important but it seems like these guys are describing a bad situation but stay, out of fear of some repurcussion or penalty.

Im comfortable enough stating what i want before engaging in any service that would start the clock or force a payment. So im asking, If i enter a room and am not convinced by photos (vs. real appearance),and/or am told "no" to things that are a yes on the workers site then leaving without paying is not a big deal right?

As a noob to this game, i understand i can make mistakes but "no means no" if i dont get what is advertised. However, i dont want a ghetto dude stalking me to the car or any kind of backlash that i dont see coming. Id like to know what is the worst case for not accepting a service.

She posts your name on a public blacklist site, your boss and wife google your name and you lose your job, spouse, kids, house, and most of your assets. Then her pimp tracks you down and beats you to a bloody pulp and takes the rest of your money.

The worst case scenario is that you wind up in a dumpster with an empty wallet or worse...

This is the newbie board so I'm trying to go easy here but this is a fairly dumb question.  There is no better business bureau for hookers and there are very few guarantees in this endeavor. You have to access every situation and remember that if you are being scammed you are not the first guy to be scammed by that lady.  She may just hope that guys will pay in full, pay something or leave but she may also have a very large man waiting in another room or in a car outside.  You can't possibly know.

There are times when you should just leave, there are times when you should flip the girl $20 and leave.

The best policy is to take steps to avoid being put in this situation to begin with. See ladies that are reviewed here on TER or at the very least have a web site and advertise constantly. Avoid girl who pop up on CL or back page with no prior history unless you can confirm their legitimacy on this or some other review site.

Once you are in the room it's just you and her...if you are lucky.

It's always going to be an uncomfortable situation if things start to go south for any reason. If it obviously is not the lady who you were expecting, (B&S) then I would say that you owe her nothing, and you leave, or tell her to leave. Here is where the "what if's" come into play. What if she's not alone? What if she goes ballistic? At this point, it's up to you to decide whether or not to give her some percentage of her fee. A lousy hundred bucks might save you a lot of grief, or worse. Sometimes, fear and common sense have to win out over who's right and who's wrong.

On the bright side, if you do your homework, and stick with the well-reviewed ladies, you'll at least keep these bad situations to a minimum. The only bad experiences that I've had were when I let my pecker run away with my wallet. It happens, and when it does, the best we can hope for is that we learned from it.

such as blacklisting, blackmail, large irate "managers", etc, but I don't believe in leaving a penny or staying another moment once I feel I have been deceived.

In any of the situations you describe I would simply leave without leaving a cent. I don't believe in rewarding bad behavior, and if no man would stay and go through a session with a ROB or B&S scam artist we would all be the better for it.

That said, it is possible that you might have that run in with the ghetto dude you describe. I think you would be better served avoiding that situation to begin with, especially as a noob.

The best way to avoid the situation to begin with is to see only well reviewed providers. The chances of any of the things you describe happening with a well reviewed provider are minimal.

"am told "no" to things that are a yes on the workers site."

For a start mentioning specific sex acts might get you shown the door if you do that right off the bat. Secondly, what is said on a ladies site is NEVER carved in stone. Here's why...a gentleman shows up dirty and expects a BBBJ. No amount of money will make a decent escort do that to someone who is unclean, even if she has that  plastered all over her website.

Like others have said, go with well reviewed ladies and show up polite, well groomed and very clean and you should have no problems. Just don't walk in and announce "Is a BBBJ on the menu today"?

If the reviewer doesn't mention a sketchy scene and he stayed for the session vs. being robbed, it's likely he stayed because the little head insisted, Not out of fear.  You may fuck someone because you're already there and "what the hell"... But it's not likely you are going to go through with the session because you worry about reprisal if you don't. Seriously? If someone is a threat, you may pay whatever you have to to get out safely - but you don't try to bust a nut.

*edit for typos on phone, sorry!*

For a professed noob you seem to be copping a fair amount of 'tude. It seems like you've already decided the answer before asking your question. That said...

As pointed out... asking about services is a good way to be either shown the door, or arrested.

If it is a true B&S, or if it is the same girl but so far from her photos (age/weight) that it is nearly B&S, then leave with no donation if you're so inclined.

If you booked and decide you're not happy for some reason of yours then you clearly owe a cancellation fee, IMO.

Walking out without leaving anything certainly has risks associated with it, which have all been mentioned here: violence from a pimp or her, blacklisting, etc.

Also, the risks change with incall versus outcall. If she comes to you and it's B&S, don't even let her into your room.

Finally, if you stick to well reviewed ladies here, you will generally have no issues. There is an occasional true whack job (provider), but that is generally pretty rare. The ladies have it tougher from a safety and security perspective.

Most services are a ymmv situation. As previously mentioned show up dirty and forget the bbbj, show up with bad breath and forget the dfk.
Now conversely, if you are lucky to partake in off the menu services, the rule of thumb is not to mention them. Such as greek, when the lady doesn't advertise greek, if she goes way over time, it's best to use the phrase "not a clock watcher".

Make sure you see well reviewed ladies and you should have no safety issues. It's perfectly acceptable to leave on a B&S as long as you do so at earliest opportunity. (ways to leave are discussed elsewhere)

However, once the session is deemed to have started, I'd say leaving and taking the money is a no-go. The concept is YMMV, so if something that has been talked about in a multitude of reviews is not on the menu for you that day it's probably you not her. Still, get what you can from your session and then you can learn a life lesson, not see the provider again, and since you actually did 'something' you are perfectly in line to post a review and rating according to your experience.

Thanks gent. You put it in perspective with some common sense. I am positive about finding a well reviewed provider and if with all her reviews and credentials, refuses to do anything on the menu that was available before, than ill know its something "in the moment" that changed her menu.

As far as having an attitude, the answer is no, im not having a "tude.

I been with ladies that misrepresent themselves in both services, appearance and hygiene and left early but never requested my money back.  The potential hassle is not worth the few hundred dollars.  You need to view all money spent to see new ladies as risk capital and expect to find a few winners but also way more losers. You can improve your odds somewhat by seeing well reviewed ladies but in general you will find reviews are inflated in all categories.

I will keep my analysis just on the issue of appearance.  In this hobby, you will certainly meet providers who do not look like their web photos AND have been overrated by other hobbyist.  My position is that there are some "loss transactions" in this business.  Instead of risking any type of embarrassing conflict you might as well give the lady some money and move on. If the lady is halfway decent then enjoy her for what it is worth.  At the end of the day, you know you are not seeing her again but if you play nice you can avoid blacklisting, blackmail and possible violence.  In reality, if you do your research you will only have a few "loss transactions".
I recently saw a highly reviewed provider who was definitely a great person and great performer but in the looks department, she was way overrated and I would say that her website was deceptive.  I went through with the session anyway because even though I may have spent some money that I could have spent elsewhere, I feel that she is someone who can serve as a powerful reference for better things to come.   I created a friend and contact and moved on.  I am under no obligation to see her again.   Everyone walks away unharmed.

Now it all makes sense. I should expect overrated reviews on looks and performance and when it comes to paying up just throw away the 400 dollars to prevent soemthing bad from happening.

Someone mentioned the BBB of hobbyism, though it may somewhat exist in Nevada. However, there they are also more likely to call the cops on you for running out and not paying. There was an article on cops arresting a patron for defrauding a business even there. Can't find it now, but in searching I found a link about someone getting arrested for a different reason outside a brothel. I guess my point is: there are a lot more messed up things you can get in trouble for in your life, the last thing you need is to argue with a lady and cause much unneeded conflict. Your health and welfare (physical and mental) is a lot more important than a few hundred bucks.
