Hi, I am new to all this. I have never done this before, and I'd very much like to give it a try. What should I do first? It seems like many require references, but I don't have any. Help Please? How do I find "newbie friendly"?

Join p411 or date-check first to get started, and then go from there. "Newbie Friendly" does not mean "No information" friendly to most reputable providers. If you don't have references, you're going to have to provide personal info. to see many ladies on TER. I would never just see someone with absolutely NO information.
