i dont want to seem stupid but i see little abreviations like BBBJ, CBJ and so on. could someone tell me what those mean?

If you click on the Find Message at the bottom left of the screen, you can search previous messages by keyword, author, date and so on. You'll find many previous threads on this and similar topics.
