You have to upload pics to a site like imagecoast, there are others but this one seems to be popular.  That way, each one will have it's own URL.  You copy the URL into the box at the bottom of the page and your pic will appear.

To review you, a guys has to visit you and be a member of this site, which is free.  After an appointment, ask if he is a member of TER, and if he is, ask if he would write a review for you.  If he's not a member, tell him about the site.

makes any errors, file a problem report with TER Admin and they will correct it.

Your TER ID number will be assigned once the first review is written.
