I am completely new to this and I want to engage myself as a client . Want to explore what services Atl has to offer. Want to enquire ladies on their respective services. Do I have to have references , How do those work. Do i have them be posted somewhere?

First get TER VIP. It will pay for itself. Consider joining P411 it is a verification site.  

I gave him some newbie friendly ladies and agencies in Atlanta.

I'd hate for him to mess it up for himself before he's out of the gate!

...I also recommend you read the Self-Help Center. The link is on the upper right of the message board under the red and white life preserver. It is also at the bottom of the quick links list on the left of the My TER page. The My TER tab is at the top. Read all of the Self-Help Center. Even the information aimed toward the providers is good for you to know.
