Hi TER!

This is all so new to me and I've been pondering these:

Clients, do you prefer meeting at a hotel or private residence?

Providers, is it safer to meet clients for the first time at a hotel?

But I've done plenty of private residences.

My preference is out call to client at hotel. But with good screening and references I will do out call safe secure and ghetto free residence.

Thank you Christine! Do you ever bring music or anything with you when you meet a client as an outcall?

but putting that aside, a home is more convivial, and makes me more relaxed.

but most often a mid range hotel... her incall.  It's just easier. I don't have to get a room.  Dates would never come to my remote location.

While I will confess that I as a client much prefer a private residence over a hotel room, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE listen to me when I implore you for safety reasons to NOT provide from your own "real" residence.

There are several reasons not to do this, not the least of which are, attracting a stalker client who knows exactly where you live, being set up to be robbed as $700 hr providers are very likely to have a lot of cash on hand, ending up being homeless if you are ever busted as the landlord can evict you for violating the terms which are in every lease, or even worse, if you own your residence you could lose it to "civil forfeiture" even if you are never convicted of a crime. The list of negatives is a long one, and the only real positive is that it saves you a few bucks.

It is much safer for you to either rent an incall apartment (perhaps even sharing one with another provider) or a hotel room rather than take the risk of entertaining clients out of your own home.  Saving a few bucks is not worth the nightmares that can result from letting clients know where you live. Every providers worst nightmare is attracting a stalker and it's very real risk, can you even imagine how badly some sicko could terrorize you if he knew both where you work and where you live, also knowing how hard it would be for you to go to the police considering you are in an illegal business.

Lopaw said about ease of parking.  For me, incall availability is almost a must have since I rarely stay overnight in a city blessed with many quality providers.

In my experiences, I have seen ladies at a hotel incall as well as an apartment incall. As long as there is ample parking I have fine with that. In the past I have seen a provider that used a downtown hi rise apartment with a parking garage across the street that only charged $2 an hour after the first hour which worked out fine.

incall apts, private homes, live-in apts, mobile homes, hotel rooms, motel rooms.  It really doesn't matter to me, as long as it's a safe area, parking is easy, and it's easy to find.

Giselle, do what is most comfortable for you.

...her private incall, as my experience has shown that she's generally more comfortable in her own environment. If she's more comfortable, we're more relaxed and we generally have a better time together.
