Just click the link and tell them it's fake. It's pretty clear that it doesn't line up with your other ones, and describes things that you don't do, so they should take it down :-)

I got a fake review. I.am tryng to have it removed. The procedure before was.to view my profile submit problem report. If they refuse to be able to jog your memory that they had session. I also didnt use.a
Hotels in aug. Any ways. They are askung me to submit request.via feedback. Even see send link. I hav no internet jys a cell that hard to type an use too on ..I cant cut n paste .

Other than that, I don't know what else to tell you.  However, if admin has replied to you, their reply might be in the 'My Feedback' section in your account manager.  If you can open their reply, you can reply to what they said.  That's the only place you can reply via feedback.
