Just click the link and tell them it's fake. It's pretty clear that it doesn't line up with your other ones, and describes things that you don't do, so they should take it down

Other than that, I don't know what else to tell you.  However, if admin has replied to you, their reply might be in the 'My Feedback' section in your account manager.  If you can open their reply, you can reply to what they said.  That's the only place you can reply via feedback.
