Then where it says BUY VIP to the left of your name, place your mouse arrow over it, then click BUY MONTHLY VIP.

Just above the words Privacy Policy on the left of the page you will see

"Should you wish to cancel your VIP Membership, you may do so by clicking here."

Click "here" and send your cancel request.
