It's there for those who are highly sensitive to smokers to decide whether or not they want to see the lady.
In the provider's I've seen, I never saw any hint of smoking- could not smell it on their breath, clothes, or in the room.
It turns out later I discovered that three of the providers did smoke, not in session- but I never knew it. So by and large, I can't imagine it mattering with good providers as long as they don't smoke during session.
I saw one very highly reviewed independent. Listed as smokes but not during session. While at the hotel there was no evidence at all that she smoked. Until I leaned in to kiss her and her entire face absolutely reaked of smoke (I'm guessing it was her hair?) although not at all on the rest of her "smoking" body.
Kissing her was a major turn-off. She had told me she saw one client that morning at 6am and now it was noon. I'm sure she showered after seeing him, but who knows how many ciggies she went through after that.
Your reference is vague. As for whether VIP membership is worth it...I would say it is definitely worth paying for...gotta be VIP if you want to read the reviews...
But providers don't wash their hair when they shower between appointments, only when they are done for the day. If you smelled ciggy smoke it was most definitely her hair.
