One of my client made a review. During they first try they asked me to edit the review. After, he sent back again and I'm style waiting their answer.  
I don't know if it is normal to ignore us like that.

your profile can not be accessed, in fact no one registered in the USA can have their profile accessed.  It's because of a new law called SESTA, and it's the topic of most of the posts on the GD and Legal Board, among others.

 
If you do indeed have a profile (Which means that someone reviewed you.)then you can have it accessible by registering outside of the US, as many gals have already done.
