I wish to maintain my monthly VIP membership for $20. However, the debit card I used last month on the 20th will no longer be active due to it's parent checking account being closed.
I need help locating the area on TER where I can alter my payment methods/options and set up a new card. So far I can't find anything useful to me.
Under "Account Manager" it tells me my status as a VIP and that it's a recurring payment cycle but it gives me no details and no options to make alterations to anything.
This is fairly urgent because the payment is to be taken out the 20th (Friday) and I would like to already have a new card plugged in before that even tries to go through.
Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
