Hi I was in downtown LA over the weekend and posted on the 11th. I ended up coming to san diego on the fly and do not plan on being in downton LA for the rest of the week. I want to advertise for san diego but my 7 days isn't up.

Is there any way around this? What if i deactivate my LA one, can i then post for san diego? How does this work?
Thank you in advance

Love Mae

perhaps i said it incorrectly the 1st time. I posted on the LA board and i wish to make a post on the san diego board

"Providers may post one ad thread per 7 day period. For example, if you post an ad on Saturday, on the following Saturday you may post a new ad.

The "one ad per 7 days" rule means you can post one ad per week on one board here at TER. You cannot post one ad to two or more boards in the same week unless there are multiple regional boards local to you.

***The only exception to the above rules is - when touring, providers may also post one ad per week on the board for the city they will be visiting to announce their visit. The dates of the visit should be included in the subject line of the ad."***
--------------------------------
Thus, you can post in San Diego, where I am, if you include the dates of your visit.

Apparently you are a newbie.  You should add a link to your posts so we can find out more about you.

(By the way, I searched using your handle and did not find any posts on the LA board.)

yes, I am a newbie, that is correct. But I never ask a question without reading on my own first, and what you posted was something I read a few times before i posted this question but was still unclear about- I understood it, but wasn't sure if the dates had to be future dates or could be within the same week.

With all due respect sir, I thought that this is where I was able to ask a question without ridicule for not understanding. This is not the most cut and dry easy-to-navigate site in the world and since I don't know anyone on here yet (other girls) I have to ask here. You're reply was a bit presumptuous and aside from that, it realy made me feel badly.....

Here is a link to my LA ad. You could not find it because it Wois posted under queenbee69me (my handle) and this is posted under maemcqueen, my name/alias (sorry, that's not allowed-moderator)

...Lover's post was informative and told you that you could post your ad on the San Diego board. I don't see where he ridiculed you.

The only questionable thing was the subject line of his post which may have come off as a bit scolding or lecturing.  If you were offended by that, you should not have repeated it. You can delete the subject line in a reply and start your response there. See this post as an example. But most people don't do it because, I don't know, they're either inconsiderate or lazy or both (not you, Mae; you're a newbie - you have a grace period).
