How does a gal get her services and appearances changed on her profile?  

For example:
As my reviews note, my comfort level on various services has fluctuated, and, consequently, my service ratings have as well.  I'd like my potential new friends to enjoy my company and benefit from all the things I've learned in the years I've been away.... if you know what I mean  Will my profile page eventually reflect this?  

Also, my profile says I am a 34 D.  I'm coming back to the hobby after a few years away, and have lost some of the baby fat as I've gotten older/developed a fitness routine.  Im not sure I've ever been a D cup, but I am a youthful, perfect 34 C these days.  Does the sizing change with each review?
