i posted a review last year, just learned the provider has changed her phone number and web link. can i change those infos in my review? thanks

but go to the review you made and click on "report a problem" button.  You should be able to do it that way.

there may be a way to by going to account manager at the top then "review questions" at the bottom of the left menu

This is actually incorrect. The provider's profile does not update automatically when a new review is posted.  The only way to change any info on her profile is to file a problem report.

Yes, you can file a problem report with the proper information and, within a day or two, the updates will be taken care of.  Have you checked her profile to see if the changes have already been made?
