Can't find the "post a review" button

I'm a VIP member so I go to my account manager, click on "my reviews" and then I can't find anywhere to post a review. What's up with that?

Look up and right under the "not browardboy2003" is the word "reivews." Click that and use the

menu on the left when you get there.
