Cannot unsubscribe or send support mail for two days now

I am trying to unsubscribe, but I keep getting the following error: for two days now

Oops! There was an error with the page you requested.

We are already working on this issue.

Error code: 2346168

Same error when I try to send mail to support via "Contact Us"

We have reported the error message you received to technical.

But, we have received more than 10 requests from you since the 13th to cancel your subscription.

We canceled your recurring subscription on the 14th. Please check 'My Feedbacks' under the TER tab and let us know if you see these requests and our response to one of the feedbacks on the 13th.
