I am assuming you have been unable to find reviews of the provider.  You should then post a 411 on the regional board for the area where she works or visits (see drop-down box to the left).  You will likely see many 411s there and can model your request after those.  I would advise against saying you think it is fraudulent and just request some verification that she is a legitimate provider.  Make sure you post a link to her website.

Have you done a search on the reviews?  Just use one provider identifier...  stage name, phone number, web site, email each in turn.  Of coyrse you'll have to have VIP to read the full details.  
Believe me, VIP is a bargain compared to the cost of a poor date, lost opportunity or rip-offs.

First, if its only because they do not have reviews on this site, does not make them fraudulent.  Some providers ask that their clients do not review them as they wish to remain "UTR" (under the radar).  They also may have reviews on other boards.  

The first step is carefully check TER to see if they have reviews by doing a search by stage name, phone number, etc.  Also check on the "rip-off" section of the reviews.  Then, if you do not find anything, you may wish to go to your local discussion board and ask if anyone has heard of her or seen her.  She may have formerly worked through an agency and is now an independent and the gentlemen on the regional board may be aware of this.  Or she may be a new provider without reviews.

You can also check other review boards in your area to see if she has reviews there.

Also, my final word of advice, if you cannot verify her... you may wish to pass and let someone else TOFTT.  If you wait, someone else may take a chance and post a review after seeing her.
