I have read a few reviews where guys literally ask for a cover.. kinda lets F suggestion ...I have had a few great encounters where great things happen but not Pen.. should I be asking for a cover when I want to make sure that’s part of the experience? Some girls seem to  know yet others are happy to run to the finish line other ways unless explicitly asked ...

In my experience, and I think the experience of most others here, asking for the cover more commonly means, "Great BBBJ, but I think I'm ready for the next step."

It does not mean, "[Inside your head: It seems that she wants to move along to the next stage. How shall we proceed? With or without?] Out loud: "I think I would like a cover, please, rather than to do it raw."

Yes sorry poorly written but in a nutshell I have left a few encounters where I felt like I should have said something and didn’t and as a result left satisfied but not having met all my goals for the visit...  

So perhaps I am supposed to ask for a cover before it’s too late ...

Yes, definitely speak up if there's a particular way you want to finish. The provider will most likely be waiting for you to speak up if you want to change activities. By not saying anything, she may think that's the way you want to finish. I'll ask "do you have a cover?" when I'm ready for the main event.

If you're getting BBBJs (bare back blow jobs) and you want actual sex, aka full service of FS, then just ask. Ask however you want, say "ok I wanna fuck you now," if you feel like it. Have a little fun, she's not gonna bite, unless you ask her to.

As for condoms, I always bring two with me. In the past I've had the girl run out or they don't have my right size, so I always bring my favorite brand with me. I mean, is that the issue? You can't get past the blow job phase because you're not sure if condoms are available?

Make sure they're in a sealed box. Many providers will refuse to use condoms that are not in a sealed boxed.

I've never heard of that before. I prefer the brand I use, so I always ask if it's ok to use what I've brought and none of the girls I've met so far have refused.
