I think you might want to remind your clients to maybe describe the female partner in your service and then in the "essay" type details section describe that it is a couple service.

You don't set up a profile. Your first reviewer does. They submit the info for a review via "submit a review" on the review section. They will provide all your information and services on the review page so the only way you guys can get a review is from a reviewer.
So for example if your names are Mary and Joe, the reviewer will submit the info with your names as Mary and Joe. Hope that was clear.
