From my login, I'll sometimes go to a non-TER link (e.g., from a Profile page, go to the provider web page, backpage, etc.) using "open in a new tab".  When I go back to the TER tab and try to open a VIP feature (a review further down on that Profile page) it sometimes thinks I'm not VIP and I'm no longer logged in in that window. (Instead of my name, it says Join Now.) I have to log back in to use VIP features but sometimes I can't log in and have to close the browser to reset everything and start again.

My GUESS is that the non-TER website is doing something to a cookie, cache or other setting that affects all currently open pages.

Does that sound like your problem?

When I went to my account manager it said I had 40 days non-recuring VIP status. When I tried to go to the stuff ofr VIP members it said I only had basic membership. I sent an email to the help section on here but have not heard anything yet. I'm dissapointed.

Did you log-in correctly?  The login is at the upper right side of the screen next to the British flag.
