Brand/type of cellphone not likely the problem...

Recently I called a provider and spoke with her setting an appointment. Said she'd call me back, then nothing. So I tried a second, set it up and she too said she'd call me back, same as before nothing. I tried a third, and strike three.

I'm using a Trac phone, is this the problem?

I can't imagine what else it could have been as everything was going OK but the return call just never came.

Hi there! It is tough being new! (just went through it myself a few months ago..)As a provider I would first check your handle to see if you have reviews (wich I'm afraid you do not,I see)Your Phone# then does take on a bit more importance..My suggestion to you: We get many many e-mails/phonecalls a day,if we do our own booking and screening(as I do) There are just not enough hours in the day I'm afraid I do start rounding off to the people that I can screen quicker, and then get back to the tougher ones when I have the time.As a new person the ball is in your court to PROVE yourself SAFE..The quicker and more efficiently you can do that, the better will be your luck. I would E-mail the girl FIRST and lead with any varification info you do have.. Providers you've seen job info etc.( what we require is usually listed on our websites )THEN call her if you like, to let her know you have e-mailed your info and you are just saying hello! She will appreciate that GREATLY and I think you will have better luck! HAVE FUN!! XOXO

The problem lies elsewhere.  Either you are having a screening problem, or are coming across wrong in your initial communication.  Maybe you should try using e-mail to make initial contact next time, and see if that works better for you?

I seriously doubt it could be the trac phone.  They are widely used.

More likely, some stuff has come up with her, so try another.  If you get the same problem, then check out what you are saying or similar problem. but I highly doubt it's the track phone.  One question:  You aren't blocking your number are you?  If so, that is always a problem.

Call the phone from another number to make sure it's receiving calls. If it is, you know the problem isn't the phone.
