It will take some time. You are on the right track, but barely got started here. I see you posted an ad on the LA ad board and a couple of posts on the discussion board. Keep doing that. You can post an ad every 7 days on the ad board. Add photos to your ad posts. Keep posting on the discussion boards so people get to know you. Don't just do "pick me" posts.  If there are ISO posts and you fit what the person is looking for, then you should reply with a "pick me" post, but don't over do it, or you will seem desperate, and annoying. You can join in regular conversations on the regional board to get known. You can also post photos on the photo only board. Read the TER Instruction Manual at the top of the page if you haven't already.

You can also offer discounts to TER members. That may help you get reviews, as TER members are more likely to write reviews. However do not offer discounts for reviews. That can get you banned. The difference is offering discounts to a potential reviewer is not requiring the person to write a review. The discount is just for being a member here, and you have a good "possibility" of getting a review (Good or bad). On the other hand, offering a discount for a review means the client is required to write a review in order to get the discount, and many will assume that client will have to write a good review. TER considers that cheating the system and they forbid it.
