I've dabbled in the hobby once in Montreal and everything was great. The girls asked for the amount that was stated on the website and I got what I expected, which was full on sex.
Recently, I decided that it'd be fun to try it again, but in Boston where I live. I'm curious to know if my experience is typical of Boston or I was just unlucky.
I got a girl named Summer from Boston Pussycats. To start off she was 45 min late. When she walked in she didn't look like the upscale model in the picture, but rather like a pretty guest on the Jerry Springer show. By that I mean that she was attractive, but her style was kind of white trash.
As soon as she had the initial $200 in her hand she asked for another $200 in order for us "to have a really good time". I immediately became skeptical, but all my attempts to find out what she meant by that remained unanswered. At this point I should have cancelled the whole thing, but being a noob at this I actually ended up going to an ATM to withdraw another $200 against my better judgement... since I'm not a drug dealer I don't keep copious amounts of cash lying around the house.
As I found out "really having fun" meant getting a hurried, completely devoid of any feeling handjob. I got zero enjoyment out of it as the whole situation was pissing me off rather than exciting me.
The experience left me feeling like I got completely hosed and not willing to dip into the hobby again or at least extremely skeptical about it.
This was until I found this site. It seems like some guys get what they expect and that there are much more professional providers than the one I had the misfortune to meet.
Anything anyone would like to say is fine. I'm just interested in different opinions from both sides of the hobby, as you guys call it. One thing you don't need to do is to tell me that I acted like a total moron. I already know that. Faced with a situation I had no experience with whatsoever I totally flopped and the bitch walked away with the easiest $400 of her life.
Then study up. Best way to avoid that situation is to only see well-reviewed providers that have been reviewed by guys with a few reviews. You should be able to figure out exactly what you are going to get.
As a lady in this business it burns me when I hear about this crap. I do not know who to bit$h slap first...the agency for encouraging the total up sell or the girl if it was her idea. I don't have any experiences with agencies.
Everyone knows hindsight is 20/20, however next time (and there will be), ask her to leave and hand her a very small cancellation fee. She ought to have something for being sent out as I am quite sure that it's the agencies fault for putting up a bogus image and making the lady front up and face the music.
I don't know if you can do this but review the heck out of the agency and girl. Did you call them back and mention your situation? I know words are quite meaningless when she fleeced you for $400....but she's a thieving ass.
I did post an extensive scathing review, but TER did not approve it for the reason that I "attempted to review the whole agency" rather than just one provider. Once again, a newb move (did not know this wasn't allowed, but can see why) so I'll have to redo it since there doesn't appear to be a way to edit it and resubmit.
I didn't call them, but I did send them an email. I'm sure they can care less although you'd think that losing clients is pretty stupid.
My first try in the hobby was in Montreal also. I picked up a lady on the street when I was drunk and had a similarly poor experience. Later I had a crap shoot of woman on Craigslist. Some kind of hot, some absolutely not. I am so glad I found TER reviews. Now I only will see well reviewed ladies and I know what my experience will be like. Life is good! Do remember on reviews that YMMV. (Your mileage may vary) but there is truth in numbers.

My guess is that Summer is either not reviewed on here or is not reviewed highly.
What you have just written constitutes a mini-review, and should have been posted on the Boston Board (Over to your left, click on the drop down menu titled "Regional Boards.")
I suggest that you write a review and let others know to avoid Summer and Boston Pussycats while you are at it.
Now, pay up to be a VIP member and do some research and find the kind of gal that you really will want to have. I'm a Boston area guy and I can tell you that we are blessed to have a lot of wonderful gals up here.
You should also stay up on the Boston scene by reading the Boston and New England Boards, as well as any other boards here that meet your fancy.

All the previous posts are spot on. Until you become a veteran, you should not TOFTT. Meaning if the escort has no reviews, you do not see her. Leave the heavy lifting to the vets for the time being. Stick with well reviewed providers who's screen ( you may need to join a referral service) When you decide to make a date you should pretty much know what to expect. Chemistry with the lady does vary, and beauty is in the eye of the beholder. However, the lady should have a number of good reviews by veteran hobbyist. You can check the background of the hobbyist by clicking on their TER handle. Good luck
Thanks for the advice. I will do as you say. Good to know that Boston is not devoid of good providers. I just might get brave enough to dip my toe in again thanks to TER.
Boston Pussycats is not a reputable agency. They have thirteen girls listed and none of them have any reviews. In fact, the last review on any BP girl was almost a year ago and ALL of the reviewed ladies got terrible reviews.
Boston is a great city to hobby in. There are several very reputable agencies with very well reviewed ladies to choose from. There are also many established independent gals and visiting ladies make Boston a regular stop.
You've taken a step in the right direction by finding this site. Spend some time reading and especially on the Boston boards. Invest in VIP. Being able to read full reviews on the ladies will help you find the type of women that you like to see.

to have a much better experience next time. For one, only see well reviewed (5 or more) ladies who have reviews from established reviewers (guys with reviews over time).
