Sorry to post such a negative topic during the Holidays!
But how can I find the "Black List" that I keep hearing about?

I know there was a national registry for blacklisting.  But I thought that went offline and "under construction" in order to go private?  Is there something else?  Are their regional lists?

Lexi is correct, but it's not giving away any trade secrets or whispers from within the PO forum to tell you what can be found by searching this very board.  

 
The big sites are National Black List and Verify Him.   Again, this info can be found by spending just a few minutes searching,  and of course there are other less-known avenues but those are the most popular.

That's what she's talking about when she said it is offline and under construction. Anyway, the NBL was always a joke. The better blacklist sites are the private ones that are only available to verified providers.
Also I ageee with Lexi about not just throwing info out there to an alias.  
I also agree with you that if the OP searches she (or he) can find info.
