I have a newbie question.  I want to PM a provider, but can't locate her TER handle.  Help, please!

...a TER member and you can't PM her.  Not every provider is on TER.  

If she has posted on a discussion board, you can click the yellow envelope in the post and then you can PM her.  If she posted under an alias, you can send a PM to that alias as well.

Go to "reviews", then "search reviews".

You'll find a form with all kinds of filters and blanks to do research.

Fill in what information you have for her such as city, phone number, email, website, etc.

Then hit search.

If she has a profile page, that should come up next.

From that you can PM her if she has requested the limited VIP status.

or is delisted..

I can find nothing on her profile that gives her TER handle or alias.  Am I missing something obvious?  Or, if she doesn't have VIP status, maybe that information isn't on her profile?  I thought about finding a post if she has one, but no luck on her local board.  And I don't know how to search for posts using her provider name.  Her TER handle is required to send her a PM, correct?  I'm stymied?

...score averages. If one of those buttons says Send PM she is a TER member with VIP and can receive PM's.

Thanks, xyz - you are correct that she doesn't have the "button" for sending a PM on her profile page, so she must not have VIP status.  She is an indy, not an agency girl, but still not VIP.
