Are you looking for sheer volume or are you targeting what I laughingly call the "upscale" customers? You've got craigslist and/or backpage.com if your marketing budget is virtually zero and you aren't fussy about who you get for customers. If you're willing to spend on advertising, Cityvibe in Vegas isn't bad. You do need an ad you can link to or a TER approved website to advertise on the Vegas board.

You may want to ask a Vegas provider for different sites as the ones I use will probably be of no use to you being I am in NC. But, Eros should be great in Vegas, as well as TER, of course!
