Hello Ter members....
My name is Kristal Fox, I have worked for massage places and agencies, and I have recently started working for myself.

I have posted "New" ad's on Ter...But no response. How do I get to meet members on TER with no reviews?? (So that I can get a review?)

Are there other places that I should be posting?? I have tried Eros, Cityvibe (Free ads) and I also use Backpage. I have seen a number of people from backpage...but no luck with getting reviewed because they are not members of TER.

and welcome. Keep posting your ads, and include your website if you have one. Read the newbies manual at the top of this page to get familiar with the rules. Get involved on your regional board. Participate in the discussions, and let the guys know who you are. They are the ones who write the reviews.

New providers go through the same waiting game as new hobbyists. The guys can't get appointments without reverences, and the ladies can't get reviews without hobbyists. Once you start to get known, somebody is going to call you, and you'll get your first review. This will take some time, and you have to be patient. Don't give up.

Thank you so much for the info...I wasn't even aware that hobbyists had a waiting game as well.
But I am going to take your advice and try to meet people on the boards.

You can participate on any board...  but no ads except on your "local" regional board (or boards if you are touring).
You can advertize once every 7 days on the local board.  If you have a site (and I encourage you to get one, even if a template site), you need a TER hot link logo on one of the first 2 pages...  then you can link from your ads on the local board.
Generally New Hobiests are recommended to stay with well reviewed providers...  but many vetrans like to explore new fields.  In any case the more you are involved (daily) the more likely members will be to give you a try.  I HAVE found a couple of Favorites this way.

Thanks SKB....Being that I am new to Ter, I didn't know alot of these things. And I am happy that you guys are sincerely nice enough to take the time out to give me pointers* SMiles*

I was starting to get discouraged, But I'd rather work on my own than for an agency. I have worked with agency's and massage parlors. And it's scary sometimes....because they don't screen their clients, and the fee's we are sometimes charged are obsurd. Not to mention some of the unfair splits.

The Other question is...I don't put my entire face in my ads. Could that be another reason, for hobbyists to bypass my ads??

Show some face to give a hobbyist some idea of what your atractiveness level is. I am one hobbyists that never respond to no face or blurred face ads. A skilled photographer can take top/side shots of your face and body that allow a hobbyists to get a feel for what you look like without being able to identify you with out prior knowledge of special features that you have such as birthmarks. I have never been able to identify a provider from her ads, but I have been able to discern whether she has looks that appeal to me.

Hey Czcodger,
I guess your right about that...But I was a bit uncertain if face pics were a good idea, because I heard numerous stories of how LE would drop your photo's at hotels to have them look out for you. This is why I was reluctant to ad my face. But I will take your advice and try that. Thank you. Smiles*

Even a basic website should be helpful. I'm sure many would be willing to give feedback if you desired that. Just post your weekly ad to your local board, and ask folks for feedback on your website.

I think most clients mature enough to give you the kind of feedback you're looking for can be objective, even if you aren't "their type".
