Hello, I am very very new about this escort . I am thinking about meeting someone but want more help before deciding whether to proceed. Some of my questions may be naive but I really don't know much about this business. I am hoping to get some help. Thx
1. I was wondering is it risky to use escort services? Has anyone ever been busted?
2. Are the girls clean & safe in general?
3. What percentage of the photos on their websites are real?
4. Most posting say to call and don't email or text. Why do they do that? I emailed a lot but none ever reply.
5. Will they meet with you to see if they are the same as in the photo. If so, do they charge for that?
6. Does anyone have a personal recommendation of good looking escort in Orange County?
7. What is the difference between going through an escort company vs. a free individual? Any advantages or disadvantages?

Okay, here goes"
1. Yes, it is risky using escort services, more so in some areas/cities than others. The risk of a police sting is always there.
2. Girls from most of the reputable agencies are STD free and are very careful about what they do and don't do.
3. There's no good answer to this because you're dealing with so many websites/pictures/agencies. Some of the more wizened hobbyists can most likely help on this.
4. Many ladies like to talk directly to the gentleman, especially on the first meeting, so they can get a feel for what kind of person he is. By the way, NEVER discuss fees or specific acts over the phone.
5. If they do agree to this, they'll probably ask for their normal fee. If she shows up and it's not the lady in the picture, you have the option of withdrawing from the engagement.
6. You should ask this question on the local board.
7. I've only used independents, so I can't speak to this.
Whatever agency/indy you choose, do your homework on TER. Make sure you have your VIP, then read all of the reviews. Also, play attention to the review history of the reviewers. Hobby happy, hobby hardy, hobby safe.
Go to your local board if you want to post asking for recommendations on a specific provider.
1) I tend to find someone who's been advertising a while, I tend to avoid posts from providers I've never seen. Also, it's safe[r] to use a provider that's been reviewed on TER.
2) I think guys want to stay clean and safe. I think girls do too. Any guarantee? Not really. Practice safe sex... Wear a seatbelt.
3) I think most girls will use good photos, because they don't want to waste their time having you come, see they are the wrong person, and leave.
4) Some girls like to chat on the phone, some girls like to type. Some girls hate typing. I could ramble a lot on this one, just know that girls will state if they have a preference, and you'll get best results if you go with that preference.
5) I imagine that the more upper end ones are likely to meet, if they are not busy. I haven't asked.
6) Asking about a personal recommendation in OC is like asking which hat is best. You like cowboy hats, I like baseball caps, and that dude over yonder likes the beanie. Check out "New Reviews" to the right, it'll let you pick Orange County. use that, and use the local boards (cv, bp, cl). Find the provider on the board, come here, see if they are reviewed, and that's a good combination.
7) Not sure. Agency will probably try to encourage the girls to keep you happier, so you come back, whereas an indie might not care as much. Indies have more freedom, and flexibility to do what they want and when. Me? I prefer an agency, just feels safer and more reliable. To each their own.
Are there any cities or places where escort is legal?
Something strikes me as fishy about this whole thread, but since others have indulged you with straight answers to your questions I will do so as well. Note that I am not a lawyer so this is not legal advice. However, I have seen a lot of Law & Order episodes on TV and I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last week.
Escorting - defined as paid companionship - is legal just about everywhere. You don't even need a license to do it. There are lots of reasons why someone would pay another person for their time - in some cases it is because of a professional skill such as a plumber, doctor, lawyer, massage therapist and there are usually licensing regulations that go with those. Or you could just need someone for other reasons - a traveling businessman wanting dinner company, a gay man needing a date for a social engagement, a homebound person wanting some company. Or maybe even a guy just wanting to enjoy the company of a beautiful woman just because he happens to like being with them. None of this is illegal.
Prostitution - defined as performing sexual acts or services in exchange for money, goods, or other services - is illegal most places in this country. This is why escorts do not advertise that they perform sex acts in exchange for money. They make it explicitly clear on their websites that they are offering only their time and are not contracting for any sexual services to be performed.
In spite of these disclaimers, if you happen to be found in the company of an escort engaging in a sexual act when a law enforcement officer interrupts, you would likely be arrested and charged with something on the order of solicitation (this could vary depending on the circumstances). Your lawyer could argue that no such actual solicitation took place and the burden of proof would be on the state to show otherwise.
Thus, the police do not attempt to shut down every person who offers, either explicitly or by inference, sexual services on a professional basis. The biggest exceptions are when there is a larger organized ring that may involve unwilling participation on the part of the women, or a potentially high profile bust of a client. Such as, if you are the governor of New York it would attract more attention than if you were a mid-level manager of a private company in San Francisco.
Bottom line - yes there is some legal risk, but for a lot of people the bigger risk is if other interested parties found out about your visit with an escort.
One thing I learned in my experiences is to get a prepaid hobby phone at Walmart.
Depending on What city you live in. LE bust can be common. Seems like the only bust I have been hearing about lately were with drugs rings and prositution. Never heard of a plain ordinary provider getting busted.
I reccomend to stay with folks that charge $200-$300. If you can afford more go for it.
Agencies seem to be a bit more expensive because the girl does not get the full donation. I like indy Girls because the get the full donation.
Many of your questions can be answered by reading several pages here. See "Search" in the upper righthand corner and type in a few key words like "agency vs independent".
